Process for requesting a return or refund:

* To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at info@sign-rise.com or at  +97254-3204831 with your order number and a brief description of the issue. You will receive return confirmation and instructions.


Process for different circumstances regarding returns:

Exchanges: Please contact us within 30 days from the original delivery date with proof of purchase. Your return will be issued in the same manner as the original payment.


Change of mind: For unused items, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to make a return.


Damaged, defective, wrong item, or never received: Notify us within 30 days from the delivery date for further assistance.


Cancellation after ordering: If a cancellation occurs after placing an order but before shipment, please contact customer support.


Clear time frame for all circumstances:

* We will process your return within 10 business days after receiving the returned item.


Return period:

* You have 30 days from the date of purchase to make a return for eligible items. Exceptions include final sale items, items not in original condition or packaging, and items damaged for reasons not caused by our error.
